Founded in Beijing in 2011 by Yilan Zeng and Zhang Ruo, our practice has gradually moved from objects and spaces toward people, place and collective life.

Since 2022, our main long-term practice has been based in Maiorca, Portugal.

Establishment of the ” FAZ Forest Studio Association” in 2023.

Not a finished utopia, but one being tested through practice.
